I recently contracted with Innovo’s HR team to conduct a compensation analysis for our staff positions. I have been through three other compensation studies with other consultants and I can say that this experience far exceeded every other experience I’ve had. Both Allyson and Tasha were professional and a pleasure to work with. Their approach to the project aligned perfectly with my expectations. At the end of the project, I received a full set of compensation support tools such as recruitment ranges for each position, levels for job placement, industry standards for experience for all of our jobs, a clear compensation philosophy, job families with competencies and career ladders, and policies to guide us into the future.
