Veronica has 13 years of experience in human resources and operations, working for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. During her career, she has partnered with executive teams to develop and retain high-performing teams while also overseeing financial performance.
Veronica specialized in working with leadership to establish operational benchmarks while establishing effective employee relations programs. Whether it’s a new approach to processing payroll, HRIS implementation, or implementing new policies and procedures, Veronica is ready with a plan to help an organization reach its goals.
One of Veronica’s strengths is her ability to manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from candidate search and compensation planning through onboarding and employee retention. She not only helps an organization find the right fit, but she also helps ensure employees realize their performance goals and remain satisfied in their position. As part of the Innovo team, Veronica uses her talent to support human resources and benefits administration on all levels.
