Tasha joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2022 to build upon her nearly 20 years of experience in human resources — primarily in higher and secondary education. In her role as Human Resources Consultant, Tasha supports clients in a number of areas, including compliance, compensation benchmarking, performance management, policy review, and auditing a client’s current environment to help inject best practices. She is consistently thoughtful in her approach and constantly relies on her expertise to find opportunities to add value to client relationships.
While Tasha is a highly-skilled and experienced member of our human resources team, she is also valued for her energetic personality and the active lifestyle she leads away from the office. Tasha is passionate about every season — golf in the warm months, snowboarding in the winter months. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and two sons.
Before joining Innovo, Tasha worked in human resources for a number of educational institutions, including Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Merrimack College, and North Reading Public Schools. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Tasha is also a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
