Taryn joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2021, bringing to our team more than two decades of experience in human resources in the financial services sector, creating and implementing best-practice HR strategies. For Innovo, her primary responsibility is the administration of COBRA, but Taryn is also a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, payroll, organizational and employee development, talent acquisition and management, HRIS management, and workplace wellness.
Taryn’s care and diligence are clear to our clients, and her vibrant life away from work is truly admirable. A loving mother of two children, Taryn is a small business owner and a community volunteer. She has served on the board of directors for the Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative for many years. She is also an active volunteer for Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s One-to-One and SoulMates programs, in which patients and families dealing with cancer can connect with someone with similar, firsthand experiences.
Before joining Innovo, Taryn was Vice President of Human Resources for Mansfield Bank and The Cooperative Bank. She also served as an adjunct professor at New England College of Business, teaching a course on Human Resources in the Workplace. Taryn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University and her Master of Arts degree from Framingham State University. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
