Benefits Administrator
Taryn began her Human Resource career more than 20 years ago, starting in the higher education space. Since then, the bulk of her career has been in the financial services sector, where she served as VP of HR, creating and implementing best-practice HR strategy.
Her experience includes development of HR policies, programs and services in the disciplines of employee relations, regulatory compliance and risk management. She is also brings expertise in compensation and benefits, payroll, organizational and employee development, as well as talent acquisition and management, HRIS management and workplace wellness.
Taryn has taught HR related coursework, and is herself committed to continual education, completing the following MCAD-certified (Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination) courses: Train-the-Trainer (Preventing Workplace Discrimination and Harassment), Conducting Internal Discrimination Complaint Investigations and Responding to Accommodation Requests. She serves as the President of the Board of Directors at the Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative, and is also proud to volunteer with Dana Farber’s One-to-One program.
