Stacie has been a valuable member of the Innovo Benefits Group team since our founding. Although she works behind the scenes and doesn’t have a lot of direct interaction with our clients, she plays a critical role in our ability to deliver robust benefits programs with white glove service. As the office manager at Innovo, Stacie makes sure all of the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed within our operations — ensuring our licensing requirements are met in every state, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and managing the insurance carrier credentialing process.

We admire Stacie’s enthusiasm for Innovo’s commitment to the triple bottom line concept and her interest in learning about the charities that benefit from the company’s donations. As the first person on the line when carrier and vendor partners contact us, Stacie helps ensure that the first impression of Innovo is of a responsive and professional organization that delivers a helpful, friendly attitude and is always attentive to details.

Away from the office, Stacie is married with two teenage daughters. She also has two boisterous four-legged “kids,” a yellow lab and a golden retriever. Stacie enjoys spending time at the beach — collecting sea glass and shells or snorkeling to explore coral reefs. Stacie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University.

Fun fact: A former worker at an animal hospital, Stacie has rescued several cats and dogs… as well as an iguana, chicken, hawk, turtles, birds, groundhogs, and snakes.
