Scott joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2017, bringing to our team several years of experience in accounting and working on the carrier side of the insurance industry. As Senior Benefits Consultant, Scott assists clients with their benefits renewal strategies, designing plans, and ensuring they understand all compliance requirements. He acts on behalf of clients to address carriers on claims, billing, pricing, and administrative issues. Scott has demonstrated his proficiency in expeditiously finding solutions to client challenges and identifying benefits packages that work for their businesses and employees.

Scott is an integral member of the Innovo team, but he plays an even more vital role away from the office — raising two daughters. In his free time, Scott loves to travel with friends and family, making frequent trips to Maine and Las Vegas.

Before joining Innovo, Scott was an Account Manager at Summit Financial Corp.Previous to that, he was a senior underwriter at Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he collaborated with national benefits brokers on clients with up to 10,000 employees. Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University. He is also licensed as an Individual Insurance Producer for Life, Health, Accident, Property, and Casualty Insurance
