Nicole joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2022, bringing her more than ten years of human resources experience, including 3+ years specializing in benefits administration. As Benefits Administrator, Nicoles serves as the first point of contact, assisting employees and managers in finding solutions to their HR needs. She provides a full range of benefits services — enrolling new hires with benefits, handling qualifying life events, answering any questions about benefits, and overseeing open enrollment periods. Nicole strives to assure clients they are in good hands and that she addresses their needs with the utmost care. Her goal is to make clients see Innovo as a trusted partner and an extension of their own team.

Nicole is as dynamic in her life away from work as a part of the Innovo team. She is a caring wife, mother, and dog mom. She cherishes her time with family and friends and includes them all in her active lifestyle, including taking long walks as a family and exploring New England’s amazing beaches.

Before joining Innovo, Nicole worked in human resources and benefits administration positions in a number of industries, including machine tool manufacturers, environmental services/energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals, and engineering services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
