Nicole has more than 10 years of Human Resources experience, with over 3 years specializing in Benefits Administration.

Over her career, she has garnered HR experience in multiple industries including Machine Tool Manufacturing, Environmental Services/Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceuticals and Engineering Services.

As part of her career advancement, she’s developed a solid background implementing new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tools and managing yearly Open Enrollment planning and execution.

As part of the Innovo Team, Nicole manages day-to-day client benefits administration and functions as the first point of contact assisting employees and managers in finding solutions to their HR needs.
