As a Benefits Consultant, he partners with clients to strategically design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs that support both organizational objectives and the needs of their workforce. Originally from Texas, Mason has proudly called New England home since 2020. He and his wife enjoy exploring the local live music scene, traveling whenever they can, and spending time with their two cats and two dogs.
