Kristen brings to the Innovo Benefits team nearly a decade of experience in benefits administration, including leading a global employee wellness program. As a benefits administrator, she works with Innovo clients to manage benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, COBRA administration, open enrollment, and benefit audits.

Kristen takes pride in not only her role in our clients’ employee wellness and benefits solutions but is also passionate about educating our clients and their employees on every detail of their program. Kristen finds great reward in seeing a client’s employees' job satisfaction improve as they learn more about their benefits package and how to maximize its usefulness.

Before joining Innovo, Kristen worked in the benefits industry for employee benefits industry for more than six years and has four years of previous brokerage experience — most recently at Nuance Communications as a Senior Benefits Administrator where she was the lead on their global employee wellness program. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her dog, Porky — taking him on hikes and any dog-friendly adventures she can find.
