Kat brings more than 20 years of strategic financial consulting and day-to-day operations experience to Innovo. She specializes in helping organizations make data-driven decisions, leveraging financial opportunities while minimizing risk. As part of our core team, she helps manage Innovo’s growth to ensure client needs are continually met by applying GAAP and rigorous oversight.

Prior to joining Innovo, Kat managed finance and administration, prepared and oversaw financial reporting statements, managing multi-phase projects, performing cost analysis and processing payroll. She is highly skilled in all areas of enterprise accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting, vendor management, and other essential tasks.

Kat earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College, and she also holds a Master of Education degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Lesley University.
