Jhoom Jain is a Benefits Analyst at Innovo Benefits Group. She supports our Account Management Team by aggregating and analyzing benefits data to inform client decision-making, strengthen compliance, and support accurate reporting. Jhoom also identifies opportunities to enhance benefit processes and the employee experience through collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Her analytical mindset and keen attention to detail help her to deliver accurate, efficient, and client-focused solutions.

 

Jhoom brings several years of experience as a benefits professional. She is most passionate about projects involving big data. She enjoys turning complex data into clear, organized, and actionable information, especially when it means making an Excel spreadsheet "squeaky clean." Above all, Jhoom hopes our clients see her as a dependable and caring point of contact who provides solutions they can count on.
