Hal is a Benefits Consultant at Innovo Benefits Group, focused on introducing new clients to the company and helping craft solutions that meet the needs of both organizations and their employees. Licensed as a health and wellness broker across New England he brings over 10 years of passionate industry experience to every client relationship.
“I’ve always seen insurance as a second language,” Hal says, “and I enjoy helping translate insurance terminology.” His goal is for every client to leave each meeting feeling informed, empowered, and well cared for - the hallmark of Innovo Benefits’ signature white-glove service.
Outside the office, Hal loves spending time with his friends and family (including their cat and dog!), enjoying great BBQ, catching a show, or cheering on a game in Boston (Go C's)! A self-proclaimed nerd when it comes to both insurance and gaming, Hal brings the same enthusiasm to his hobbies as he does to his work.
