Erin joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2022 following nearly a decade of working in a number of human resources roles. As a Benefits Administrator, Erin enjoys building supportive and collaborative relationships with clients across a number of different industries. She has specialized knowledge in a number of employee benefits programs, including group health, FSAs, health care savings and reimbursement accounts, supplemental benefits, and life insurance. Her unwavering positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients make Erin an incredibly valued member of our team.
Away from work, Erin enjoys an active and enriching lifestyle. If she’s not at the beach, you’ll likely find her on a run, on a sports field, or on the pickleball court. She also loves spending time with her family and taking long walks with her dog, Charlie.
Before Innovo, Erin was a Human Resources Specialist for both Culbert Healthcare Solutions and Rocket Software. She also was a Recruiting Coordinator at Holland & Knight LLP. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Babson College.
