As a senior executive in qualified retirement plans, Doug brings 27 years of experience to our clients. His areas of expertise include 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), defined benefit pension plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation programs.

Doug works closely with our clients to customize plans that work for plan sponsors and participants alike. He serves as a participating member of his clients’ investment committees in a fiduciary capacity (ERISA 3(21)) and regularly coordinates retirement planning and investment educational sessions to ensure that plan participants understand how to prepare for retirement.
