Blair has more than 3 years of experience in the employee benefits industry with a background in account management, business development and market analysis.

Before joining the Innovo team, Blair worked as a Benefits Consultant helping employer groups create and maintain unique benefits packages focused on meeting employee needs and employer budgets. She worked closely with her clients to implement creative cost-saving solutions and offer insights on changing business and employee needs. Previously in her career, Blair served as a Benefits Analyst, becoming proficient in both large and small groups on claims issues, benefit administration, plan analysis and employee communications.

At Innovo, Blair works hand-in-hand with our client groups to help them optimize their employee benefit packages, providing greater value.
