Ambar brings to the Innovo Benefits team nearly a decade of experience in benefits administration in a number of industries. As a benefits administrator, she takes a forward-thinking approach — helping clients pave the road ahead by making thoughtful decisions in the present. Ambar is also education-focused with regard to workplace benefits and finds great reward in seeing a client’s employees' job satisfaction improve as they learn more about their benefits package and how to maximize its usefulness.
Ambar takes great pride in being a productive and impactful team member but takes even greater pride in the family she is raising. Ambar and her husband Eric have four children (3 boys and 1 girl), and they love taking family trips — so far to Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida. Ambar also loves cooking for her family.
Before joining Innovo, Ambar worked in the benefits industry for several years, including at CharterCARE Health Partners, CVS, and Mercer. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Ambar is fluent in both English and Spanish.
