Allyson joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2021, bringing to our team nearly 30 years of experience in human resources and operations across a number of industries, including healthcare, software technology, manufacturing, and education. In this role, she takes pride in leading a team of dedicated professionals to provide a wide range of human resources support, including business compliance reviews, leave management, compensation analysis, policy development, job description creation, employee relations, training, and safety management. Most importantly, she brings her passion for finding and delivering solutions for clients that eases their workload and allow them to focus on what they do best.

We greatly value Allyson, not only for her experience in human resources and leadership acuity but also for the dynamic and enriched person she is away from the office. A mother of two college-aged daughters, Allyson has a knack for baking. She claims banana bread and pumpkin muffins as her signature recipes but also loves experimenting with new recipes. Allyson also enjoys hiking and fitness, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT). She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu mix Cooper.

Before joining Innovo, Allyson spent nearly three decades helping improve human resource processes for a number of small- to mid-size companies. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Bryant University and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Anna Maria College. Allyson is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
