Effective benefits management isn’t a perk — it’s essential to your organization’s success. We believe creating your ideal benefits program should be simple.

How it Started

Our firm was formed on a single principle – to clarify the complexity of an industry in a state of constant change. Our founder — a thought leader, lawyer, and entrepreneur with two decades of experience — assembled a team that shares his calling to help organizations elevate their benefits management programs through innovation and quality customer service.

After years of providing benefits consulting services through other companies, we believed we could do better for our clients. The launch of Innovo demonstrates our commitment to doing just that. Since our launch, we’re encouraged by the many clients who have decided to join us on this journey! We’re grateful for their continued trust in us.

Why “Innovo”?

Employee benefits is not an easy or straightforward field. Navigating perpetual change —annual cost increases, monthly changes in compliance requirements, and burdensome program administration — means only the nimble will thrive.

It’s our belief that being successful requires hard work and creative thinking — innovation! Is that too cliché? We don’t think so. It’s our founding principle and we carry that into our vision for the industry, the solutions we design on behalf of our clients, and how we constantly reevaluate our services to ensure we are in the best position possible to add value in a future full of uncertainties.

How We Work

When you meet our leadership, you will find them to be laid-back, approachable, and genuinely nice people. But you will also find them to be extremely thoughtful, well-informed, hardworking, and highly experienced in their field. They blend creative energy with talent and business acumen to support your success. They don’t take themselves too seriously but carry a quiet confidence in all they do. It’s our firm’s style.

When Innovo learned we’d had low employee participation in technology-enabled wellness programs in the past, their team went the extra mile — actually working hand in hand with us on-site to make enrollment turnkey. So far, participation in the program has increased over 80% versus last year.
