How it Started
Our firm was formed on a single principle – to clarify the complexity of an industry in a state of constant change. Our founder — a thought leader, lawyer, and entrepreneur with two decades of experience — assembled a team that shares his calling to help organizations elevate their benefits management programs through innovation and quality customer service.
After years of providing benefits consulting services through other companies, we believed we could do better for our clients. The launch of Innovo demonstrates our commitment to doing just that.
