December 16, 2025Innovo Benefits Group is proud to announce its continued climb in the Boston Business Journal's 2026 rankings of the largest employee benefits firms in Massachusetts. Innovo now ranks as the 7th largest firm statewide and remains the largest locally and independently owned employee benefits broker in the Commonwealth.
This milestone reflects a year of significant growth for Innovo, primarily driven by organic client growth in benefits brokerage, benefits administration and Total HR, Innovo’s fractional human resources service. Innovo also established a new partnership with United Benefits Advisors and completed the acquisition of a local benefits firm. Together, these initiatives have expanded Innovo’s reach and capabilities while preserving the independence and client-first approach that define the organization.
In 2025, Innovo also launched Innovo Insights, a dedicated educational hub offering free employee benefits and HR resources. Through timely HR-accredited webinars and expert-led articles, Innovo has strengthened its role not only as a benefits broker and HR services provider, but as a trusted educator empowering clients to drive meaningful impact within their organizations.
