Families First Coronavirus Act & FMLA

Coronovirus has created a lot of confusion around emergency paid sick leave and paid FMLA. We hope this chart that Innovo created clarifies the complex set of new rules.

Regulations will be forthcoming so this is subject to change, and of course please review these topics with counsel. Also remember that there are tax credits meant to help pay for these new benefits. Creating a graphic like this is always a balance between being concise and being precise, but we hope this early effort helps organizations get their arms around how these benefits are meant to work.
