Innovo Benefits Group Founder and President Eric Gulko has been appointed for a second term on the board of directors for the Massachusetts Health Connector by Governor Maura Healy. He will serve a new three-year term on the 11-member board, chaired by Secretary of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services Kate Walsh, through June 30, 2026.
A ballot question in Massachusetts during the 2022 election asked voters whether to require at least 83 percent of dental insurance premiums to be spent on patient care. Voters overwhelmingly supported this new law — causing at least one insurer to leave the state’s dental insurance marketplace.
"As a board member of the Massachusetts Health Connector, I'm proud to have supported these efforts to protect access to no-cost, high-value preventive services for all Massachusetts residents. Regardless of mandates at the federal level, the State of Massachusetts can protect healthcare coverage for its residents and continue to be a leading state in healthcare coverage," said Innovo Benefits Group President Eric P. Gulko, J.D.
