Why You Should Want to Work Here
Yeah, we provide competitive pay and benefits, but that’s not why. You’re going to learn a lot here, you’ll be given as much responsibility as you can handle, your ideas will help us improve the industry, and you’ll be a key part of an organization committed to flexibility and social action. We keep “corporate” meetings to a minimum, and we have zero red tape. When team members have good ideas to improve our operations, we can decide to implement those without layers of management review. We also treat all employees as professionals. We do not micro-manage each other, and we do not believe in face-time. We just want clients to be serviced really well, and we believe work should be a two-way street: when the company needs a hand to say, meet a client deadline, the employee steps up to help; when the employee needs a hand to balance work and life, the company steps up and provides flexibility. It’s not complicated. It is a breath of fresh air, and it’s what work should be.
Background on Innovo and our Commitment to the Triple Bottom Line
Innovo Benefits Group was born out of a passion for providing exceptional subject matter expertise, delivering innovative solutions, and simplifying the process. We are a trusted employee benefits broker that specializes in providing a spectrum of employee benefits services for large and small organizations nationwide. We offer the expertise of the largest benefits firms, with the service level of a boutique.
Innovo puts our values first and adheres to a Triple Bottom Line accounting framework where we balance financial responsibility with social and environmental aims. This year we are proud to have partnered with Bridge Over Troubled Waters, an innovative local aid group that serves homeless, runaway and at-risk youth in our community. In addition to supporting the group’s Mobile Medical Van, we were able to help fund the development of an app that connects youth with critical resources like the van and runaway program, help for victims of abuse, suicide prevention, as well as education and career development.
