Margaret is a Benefits Administrator at Innovo Benefits, where she provides thoughtful consultation and dedicated support to clients. She brings a diverse Human Resources background, with experience spanning network engineering, healthcare staffing, and most recently, a local nonprofit focused on reducing barriers and eliminating poverty. Margaret is passionate about helping clients navigate growth, change, and challenges, and takes pride in understanding each client’s unique systems. She enjoys problem-solving, streamlining processes, and ensuring clients leave interactions with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of support.

Outside of work, Margaret can often be found at her favorite barre studio or playfully losing a game of pickleball to her husband! Together, they enjoy spending time with their two dogs, Dandelion and Mango, as well as relaxing by the lake or at the beach. In the winter, she also (“unenthusiastically”!) joins her husband for snowshoeing adventures on the trails they’ve created on their property.
